We've lost my keys Bedlam:

The customer in Bedlam phoned us with a dreadful scenario - she had popped outside the house to get something and the front door had shut after her. But, what made this even more serious was when she announced "Help me! I have locked my keys in the house and my baby is within." Needless to say we raced there and luckily traffic was in our favour. We managed to turn up inside of 15 mins and had the door opened in short order. What we did find out afterwards was that she branded her cat "my baby".

Going on a getaway abroad is usually enjoyable, however when you drop your home keys miles away in another land it tends to make it a problem, as a customer learned fairly recently. He phoned from Bedlam and explained, "I'm just at the front doorstep and I have lost our keys some where abroad. You need to dispatch your emergency locksmith over quickly" We were able to do that very speedily and he instantly got the house open and brand new keys cut.

Broken keys Bedlam:

"I exited the store with a number of sacks in my hand. I had trouble to get the key in the door and the key snapped.
